A GRI Certified Sustainability Professional and an Ellen MacArthur alumni, I am ready to serve the global sustainability tribe on embedding sustainability, Circular economy and ESG in their organisation.

Sustainability Reporting

In the prevailing global political, economic, and business environment, sustainability is critical for decision-makers worldwide. While sustainability reports can help to deliver higher financial outcomes, it also involves dropping traditional marketing strategies and prioritising the new needs of customers. Sustainability Reporting thus offers a severe competitive edge to the organisation.

My AHA Moments

Take a look at my aha moment which am glad to share with you.

Light, Love & Life

Witnessing the birth of my children and observing 306 turtles making their way to the sea in 2015 at Bird Island, Seychelles, were moments of profound clarity. These experiences reinforced the intricate connections between human life and the natural world, deepening my commitment to environmental stewardship and highlighting the imperative of integrating sustainable practices into both personal and professional spheres.

MSWA Ocean Ride

In 2022, I participated in the MSWA Ocean Ride—not for recognition, but to stand in solidarity with those living with neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and motor neurone disease.

It was more than just a ride; it was a personal commitment to a cause that reflects what I stand for—collaboration, community, and compassionate care.

Over the past 13 years, this event has raised over AU$3 million, funding essential services and groundbreaking research across Western Australia. But what truly inspired me was the collective spirit of people coming together—not for themselves, but for others.

It reminded me that real change occurs when we step out of our comfort zones and into our communities. As someone deeply committed to sustainability and social impact, healthcare is part of the broader well-being ecosystem.

Whale Watching: A Moment That Changed My Perspective

I will never forget the awe-inspiring moment I witnessed ten humpback whales swimming in perfect synchronicity off the coast of Mauritius. They were making their annual migration from the icy waters of Antarctica to the warmth of the 20th parallel. It was not just a display of nature’s beauty but a lesson in harmony, resilience, and purpose.

That moment reminded me that even the most majestic systems, like whale migration, are interconnected with climate, ecology, and human activity. It deepened my conviction that sustainability is not a buzzword but a responsibility that requires us to align our actions with the planet’s rhythms.

Today, as a sustainability consultant and author of “Connecting the Dots,” I draw from moments like these to help businesses see the bigger picture—where economy, ecology, and empathy intersect. Like those whales moving with purpose across thousands of miles, our work must follow a deeper current of balance, respect, and long-term vision.
