An unexpected journey.
You know someone said that the world’s a stage and we must play a part.
I want to share a journey with you—not just any journey, but one that has been unexpected and incredibly transformative.
My name is Simon Seebaluck. I’m a sustainability consultant, marketing expert, education counsellor, and the author of Connecting the Dots.
For over twenty years, I’ve helped people and organisations make sense of complexity, transforming bold ideas into lasting impact. Long before ESG, the circular economy, or emotional intelligence became boardroom priorities, I was already applying these principles in real-world projects.
I’ve led transformations that matter, from converting 1.3 million plastic bottles into sustainable denim to guiding businesses through ESG reporting and SDG alignment.
But my journey didn’t begin with titles or accolades; it started with disruption. My academic path was cut short, and that unexpected detour became my greatest teacher.
With resilience, mentorship, and a deep sense of purpose, I rebuilt myself. Today, I hold an MBA and certifications in Sustainability Reporting, Circular Economy, and ESG. I’m a GRI-certified professional and an alumnus of the University of Cambridge, Columbia Business School, and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
As the founder of Skyfall Consulting Ltd, I assist organisations in developing transparent, purpose-driven sustainability strategies and reports that exceed mere compliance.
As the CEO of Studywest, I connect students from Mauritius and Africa to leading Australian institutions, ensuring that every educational journey is grounded in trust and opportunity.
On many occasions, I’ve been invited to speak at universities in Western Australia, where I share real-world stories that ignite curiosity and inspire purpose. Whether advising CEOs or supporting parents in making life-changing decisions, I lead with emotional intelligence, strategic clarity, and ethical conviction.
This work isn’t just professional; it’s personal. I’ve lived the challenges, built the bridges, and I’m here to help others connect the most important dots.
The best is yet to come. Together, we can break down preconceived barriers and build a future where we all thrive.
